Yosemite National Park Tour

Special arrangements have been made for participants and their guests to take a day tour of one of the World’s most nature wonders, Yosemite National Park. For $75 per person you will receive a reserved seat for either Friday Nov 8th or Monday November 10.  The Yosemite tour would begin with pick up of guests at various hotels in Clovis/Fresno at approximately 7:30am and returning them to their hotels around 6:30pm.  Tours include narration of history with plenty of photo opportunities. The first stop in Yosemite National Park will be the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, the largest living things on earth. We’ll then drive by the Historic Wawona Hotel and Pioneer Living History Center. Next a stop at Tunnel View to take in the view of Half Dome, Bridal Veil Fall and El Capitan. We’ll stop for a short walk to the base of Bridal Veil Fall before touring Yosemite Valley Floor where guests will lunch on their own. Before leaving the Valley Floor we’ll look for climbers on El Capitan, the largest single granite rock in the world, standing nearly 4000 feet from base to summit!  From there it’s up to Washburn Point for the panoramic view of the Sierra Nevada Range, Vernal, Nevada and Illouette Falls. A short drive will take us to Glacier Point for a look down into the Valley Floor.
